"The cottage was exceptional, well equiped, very clean, nicely decorated and positioned close to Ballater for walks into town for lunch or a coffee and wander around and to visit the local attractions and nearby towns. It is also positioned well to visit the east coast and whiskey trail areas and the Cairngorm walks. Staying for a week it was so helpful having the laundry and equipment. Our stay was very enjoyable."

"Wir haben die Woche hier sehr genossen: Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Großzügige Ausstattung, viel Platz, Garten, ... Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht (sogar etwas mahr als das!). Die Lage ist idael für Ausflüge in die Cairngorms, man kommtaber auch gut an die Ostküste (z.B. Dunnotar Castle). "We loved our stay in the Balmoral lodge. Excellent location, well equipped and comfortable. Only tiny thing I’d mention is that in the facilities there is ‘free toiletries’ listed, but it was only hand soap so we did have to nip to the local shop. So maybe just take that off the description as it may be misleading? We’d love to come back again soon, we had a fantastic time. Thank you! "

"The cabin was amazingly beautiful. The decor was very very nice. Everything was very clean and the views were beautiful. First thing I did was take pictures of the cabin to send home. They know How much I wanted to stay in one. I did walk the seven bridge walk I’d sat halfway, also a wonderful scenic walk where I was able to get some fabulous pictures.
