"O local é limpo e organizado. Quem nos atendeu só falava italiano, mas se esforçou para comunicar todas as regras do local e gentilmente nos permitiu entrar no quarto alguns minutos antes. A localização perante a cidade e centro é boa, mas é um pouco distante da estação de trem e Piazzale Roma, para chegar e sair de Veneza. Mesmo assim, o custo-benefício é bom e indico a acomodação! Le tout situé dans un quartier agréable.Points à améliorer, le filtre du lave-vaisselle était encrassé, le drain de la douche s’écoulait si lentement que nos pieds baignaient dans, laissant un dépôt de saleté après utilisation. De plus, impossible de faire tenir le pommeau de douche et pas de savonnier.Le lit double est mou. La climatisation dans la 2e chambre était bruyante...

"This place has been "partially" remodeled. The kitchen is very old and the sink was clogged before we used it. No shower gel, shampoo and soap bar available, even we asked for them. We ended up to a local store to buy them. The pictures look better than the real situation. A storage space under the stairs was filled with smelly wet towls and cleaning stuff. It is worthy for the host/management to update the kitchen and use a better door lock to secure the apartment. I gound this prperty via...
