"Hospedagem foi boa no geral. A moça que nos atendeu no check-in foi muito ágil e prestativa, já os demais que revezaram não foram muito agradáveis. Fizeram o que pedimos, mas sem muita disposição. O quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável de problema de encanamento. O chuveiro jorrava água por todo o banheiro. Mas a cama era muito boa e o café da manhã Tb bem gostoso, com os atendentes muito prestativos, talvez pq não fossem italianos. Tem filtro de agua no andar, o que é conveniente no calor. Na porta do hotel tem estacao de metrô. Tem 2 elevadores para chegar até os quartos, porém precisa subir/descer malas por alguns poucos degraus antes de acessar os elevadores. Não tem ajuda do hotel. Ponto positivo, é permitido deixar as malas no hotel pós check-out. Mas você guarda, você retira. Não há supervisão, nem controle."
