You will be staying in a 6-room villa with a total area of 150 square meters. The comfortable and tasteful furnishings include a living/dining room with a sofa bed and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as an exit to the terrace. There is one double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another room has two beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third room has two beds and a fan, while the fourth room has one bed and a fan. The fifth room is a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also with an exit to the terrace. The small kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it has an exit to the terrace as well.

Amenities Included
The villa offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, and satellite TV. Heating is available from December 1st to March 31st, although it may not be available in all rooms.
