Villa Thalia is located on a hill called Livrere (near Scopello) in a dominant position, it is halfway between Trapani and Palermo airports (about 50 km from both of them).

This gorgeous property was formerly a farmhouse dating back to the 18th century and has been renewed with local stones and provided with all modern comforts.

The surrounding area with its beautiful bays and crystal waters, has been classified by the European Community as Site of Community Importance (SCI) and Special Protection Area (SPA). The entire area is very quiet and guarantees a total privacy.

The villa is surrounded by more than 22.000 sqm of garden, the inside is comfortable, bright, projected with taste and it offers all kind of comforts (washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, Sat TV, Wi-Fi, etc)?.
Villa Thalia spreads over two levels, it has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 12 people.

The property has an independent access, a very big natural garden with white rocks and a gorgeous enlightened private pool, with lawn chairs and beach umbrellas and you will enjoy amazing views from every corner of the house: from the majestic mountains to Scopello’s tower, Zingaro Nature Reserve and Gulf of Castellammare.

In detail on the wide ground floor there is a bright and colored open space living room with direct access to the garden; the lunch area that features a beautiful hardwood and by the relax area with a nice and comfortable sofa.? Furthermore, there is a lovely modern steel-made kitchen, decorated with local hand-crafted marbles.

In the east side, a hallway leads to a common bathroom covered with rough travertine. All the floors have been realized with a fabulous local Sicilian marble.

In the west side, there is the only bedroom located on the ground floor, with a modern and sober double bed, a convenient closet and a single bed, so that it can be used as a triple room. The room has direct access to the garden and it is provided with air-conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom covered with rough travertine.

Through a staircase we reach the first floor with four bedrooms, all with wooden ceilings.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a balcony facing the pool with view of the sea and of the countryside.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with a window with mountain view. The twin beds joined to get a double bed.

Down the hall there’s a shared bathroom, covered with marble and provided with a beautiful stone sink and shower.

The fourth bedroom has a modern double bed, a comfort closet and a single bed, so it could be a triple if required. This room has an en-suite bathroom, covered with rough travertine too, and a balcony with a nice view of the sea and the pool.
Outdoor there are several relax areas and external dining tables to have nice outdoor meals, shower area, BBQ and parking space.
A panoramic veranda is available for the guests, ideal for outdoor living with a lunch table (under a wooden pergola) and a BBQ for nice and tasty al fresco meals.
Villa Thalia is the ideal place for those who decide to spend their holiday in this spot of Sicily and it’s the perfect starting point to visit the beautiful landscape of this area, since in just few km you will reach Castellammare del Golfo, the medieval village of Erice, the city centers of Trapani and Marsala (where you can visit salt works with their ancient mills), the Greek sites of Segesta and Selinunte and the Egadi Islands.

Neighborhood and transport:
Scopello is a small and charming seventeenth-century village located a few km from Castellammare del Golfo, on the west coast of Sicily, just 40 km from Trapani.
This wonderful red cliff, which overlooks a very blue sea from which two beautiful and suggestive stacks emerge, is one of the most sought after destinations in western Sicily.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights from 12 July to 22 August
The rental price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, final cleaning and electricity.
High chair and cot are available upon request (free of charge)
The rates are for 10 people, it is possible to accommodate two more guests at extra cost.

Please note that: The villa has a video surveillance system intended only for the external areas, they are mainly used in winter time. The cameras will remain turned off during the periods in which guests stay.

Extra costs (to be paid on site):
Security deposit € 500
Tourist tax: 1,50€ per person/ per night (maximum 6 nights). The tourist tax will be paid on site according to local regulations.
A late check in fee of Euro 20 is applied for check in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on site.
