Villa Varo is located within a residential complex consisting of 8 villas, all independent of each other, situated just 70 metres from the crystal-clear waters of the beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca close to the Zingaro and Scopello Nature Reserve - on the western side of the Golf of Castellammare.

The direct access to the sea through a tree-lined pathway, equipped with a children\'s play area, a bowling alley, a multi-purpose field (padel, basketball, five-a-side football) and relaxation-reading areas with benches shaded by centuries-old trees, gives the residential complex a unique comfort for its guests. The bright and welcoming spaces, the colours reminiscent of the sea, make this property the perfect destination for all those who want to spend a relaxing stay in a peaceful setting a stone\'s throw from the sea. The beach, bathed by azure waters and surrounded by greenery, is now known as one of the most famous bays in the area. The villa has a private car park and dedicated facilities for direct enjoyment of the sea, such as SUP, snorkelling equipment, beach towels and a beach umbrella with 2 beach chairs. Villa Varo differs from the other villas in that it has a corner with a Jacuzzi and solarium within its garden.



Interiors

The villa is arranged on a single ground floor and has an independent entrance with a private garden. Inside, an open space comprises a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, a double sofa bed and a TV corner with satellite TV. Continuing on you reach a bathroom with shower and bidet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The flat is air-conditioned and has an excellent wifi network.



Exteriors

The villa\'s exterior extends in a triumph of greenery that mingles with the scent of the sea breeze. Entering through the main gate, there is an outdoor terrace with a covered veranda in front of which is a large private garden equipped with an outdoor hydromassage bath (max. 4 people) and a small solarium with outdoor shower. The exclusiveness of the wellness area makes Villa Varo an excellent comfort zone for those who wish to enjoy an unforgettable experience in the silence surrounded by green hedges and the sound of the sea.



Territory

A stone\'s throw from the picturesque Faraglioni of Scopello, the residential complex enjoys a strategic position for those who want the sea and tranquillity but at the same time the convenience of moving along the most fascinating attractions of Western Sicily, about 40 minutes\' drive from the airports of Palermo and Trapani.

The villa\'s peculiarity lies in the easy access to the beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca that can be reached through a short tree-lined path that connects the residential complex to the beach. In addition, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the historic Tonnara di Scopello can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.

Approximately 1 km away is the ancient village of Scopello with its typical bars, markets, restaurants and pizzerias.
