The apartment of 170m2 is in a privileged location 150m from the beach, 1km from the bus station and 30min from the Airport of Girona. It is located on the third floor with 3 terraces from where you will have beautiful views of the quiet street. The five bedrooms have two double beds and six single beds. There are two bathrooms with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, air-conditioning, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a public parking in the surrounding area. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 30 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
