This is the family home for our holidays in Abruzzo, it has been designed and furnished to spend the holidays in the cool summers and the winters for skiing in the Alto Sangro area.

The apartment is composed as follows:
Matrimoniale double bedroom;
➤ living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed;
➤ 1 bathroom;
➤ 2 gardens;
➤ parking

Two-room apartment of 35 square meters equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment available.

Other things to note

I provide sheets and towels.
If you book for 2 people and wish to use the sofa bed, an additional fee will be charged for extra sheets.
Provide ID before arrival.
✅ A security deposit of €50 is required and will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, subject to an accommodation inspection.

Animals: Only dogs (no cats) over 1 year and a maximum size of 25 kg are allowed on request (on demand and at extra charge).

For stays longer than 7 days, a mandatory weekly cleaning fee of €60 per service will apply.

If you book for a person, don't assume that a friend can stay with you. The Italian laws are very strict in terms of hospitality, it is of fundamental importance to declare in the police station the details of all those who stay at home. For this reason, you will be asked for a copy of the IDENTITY DOCUMENT

So that your stay can be peaceful and pleasant, we ask you to respect some simple rules:
- Communicate at least 1 day before arrival, the check-in time otherwise the scheduled check-in will not be guaranteed and the guest will adapt to the availability of the host.
- Complaints are not accepted and no refunds are made after the entire booked period has stayed
