"Casa Rosa exceeded our expectations. The inside is cosy and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed spending time in each of the three outdoor areas. The roof terrace was perfect for eating in the evening as the sun went down over the valley. The garden area was a perfect space for daily yoga. Parking was good and easily accessible. Casa Rosa provided an ideal base for walking from the door and in the local area. It was easy to drive to Sulmona and explore...

"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Giacintas Anwesen ist wundervoll für eine ruhige Auszeit. Bzgl. der Umgebung empfehle ich, sich gut zu erkundigen. Die alten Stadtkerne sind in ihrer Mittelalteranmutung schön, aber sehr verlassen. Die Strände, die wir gesehen haben, sehr vom Hochtourismus geprägt. Muss man mögen. Landschaftlich von schön bis, naja, nicht so schön. Fazit - wer sich im Anwesen entspannen möchte, findet hier das Richtige. Unternehmungen sollten vorher gut geplant sein."

"Wir waren zwei wochenlang mit unseren zwei Kindern und unserem Hund in dem Landhaus. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Anwesen ist ca. 50 km von Rom entfernt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage. Mann ist in der Natur und ist aber doch 50 km von Rom entfernt. Zwei Wochen nach dem Urlaub sind wir immer noch von dem Landhaus begeistert. Selbst die Kinder hatten in der Natur ihren Spass."

"Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. "We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....

"La Cucina exceeded our expectations in every way. Our family gathered from three places in Europe and the US to meet for time together mixed with seeing the best of Rome.
