"Lovely cozy little house near Lake Chautauqua. The decorations were cheery and homey. Easy driving distance to lots of nearby attractions. We love the little backyard with barbecue and fire pit on clear weather nights. "

"This place was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The cottage was quaint, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable as well as the 2 new recliners in the living area. A short drive or walk to Lake Erie Beach and eateries along the water. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s interested in visiting the area. Also, the check in/out process was painless and the host was very responsive. "

"We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed.
