Got to Casper and left a message with owners to let them know I would be heading to the house soon. They called me right back to tell me there had a mistake. They had canceled everyone's stay because of the virus, but had not notified me in any way and had not refunded me my money at the time. This was a total shock and could have turned out very bad if we had not been able to find a hotel. They did immediately refund my money, but this could have been a huge disaster for our vacation. The only reason I put terrible for cleanliness and location is because it wouldn't let me skip it.
