"It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍"

"This was a solo mom-cation. The room was clean and well stocked. The bathroom had fresh towels. I was seconds from sitting on the beach with a cold beer and no kids. It was perfect. "

"The “Villa Bella” was everything expected and more. You can tell it is very taken care of by the owners. It’s located in a great location that is close driving distance to all amenities desired in the area. The owner “Richard” was great. Very polite and responded right away and made sure he was available for any needs or advise for things to do. Thanks Richard!!!"

"If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is your place. Located right on the beach. Beautiful heated pool. Everything I needed for my 4 night stay. I took a 3 mile drive to Coquina beach and took the free ferry out to the pier. Sarasota is a short drive south and there were lots of cute shops. Great place, I would definitely return."

"This was a good little condo. The access to the pool and beach was fantastic. The pool is nothing fancy, but good for my kids because it was never too busy. The fridge had rust on the side but was clean inside. We enjoyed this spot!"

"We love the location and the units. It’s not a high rise so you don’t park in a huge parking lot far away from where you are staying. It’s a few steps from the beach. The rooms are updated with new appliances and furnishings. I use to stay here in the 70’s. We love having a kitchen and also a short drive to grocery stores and other places to shop and explore. Beach chairs and beach pull carts are available. All units have screen porches. "
