"Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Cute rustic place with easy walk to Market Place. Check-in and out was very smooth. Parking spot is tight (as owner stated) but was ok for our smaller mid-sized SUV. Only slight negative was that the bedroom doesn’t have a door and we got an apartment instead of a hotel room so any *potential* snoring could be confined to the bedroom without disrupting daughter sleeping on couch. It worked out fine though. Overall a great stay! "

"We had a great stay, the property was perfect for us to stay at while we moved our daughter into the UTK. It was super clean, easy to access. I was a little suspicious of the area it is on the end of a transitional area but it was fine and had a security system. Very convenient to the University and restaurants "

"In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street."

"Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request...

"My husband and I stayed @ the Farmhouse loft for a few days so we could move our son into his apartment @ UT. The space was amazing. Clean, modern, comfy and beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood over the bridge about a 15 min drive from campus. Brandee was so communicative from the start. Highly recommend. We will def stay again "

"Infelizmente não foi o que imaginava. Não sabia que tudo se pagava. Toalha, panelas, roupa de cama, tudo. Eu vi que no site da Hotéis.com fala sobre isso. Não me atentei a isso. Poderiam deixar mais claro. Elevador muito sujo, corredores muito sujo. Meu quarto tinha uma meia atrás do lixo do banheiro. Tinha um Gatorade começado na geladeira. Experiência muito ruim."
