- Pool: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (open on Tuesdays starting at 12:00 p.m. due to maintenance)
- Restaurant: 7:50 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (room service available)
- Gym: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Check-in requirements:

- Colombians: National ID card, passport, civil registry certificate, or identity card (for minors).
- Foreigners: Passport with a valid entry stamp or a valid PEP.
- Minors not traveling with their parents must present a notarized authorization form signed by their legal guardians.

Copies, photos, digital documents, police reports, or expired documents will not be accepted.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of access to the building.
