Service staff is NOT included in the reservation! If your group is larger than 8 guests, hiring two housekeepers will be required. They charge COP 100,000 per day, will keep the house spotless, and cook delicious meals! This service is optional.

Welcome to this spectacular 3-level, 700m² property, designed to host up to 15 guests. Located in a charming 1980s building that has been fully remodeled, it offers exclusive luxury, panoramic ocean views, and 24/7 private amenities.

On the first floor, you'll find an incredible living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a dining area, a guest bathroom, an additional room with a bunk bed, and four balconies.

The second floor you will have four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and direct access to the terrace:

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

Bedroom 3: 2 single bunk beds

Bedroom 4: 2 single bunk beds

Bedroom 5: 1 single bunk bed

The third floor is your semiprivate* rooftop, with a 24-hour pool, lounge areas, a social bathroom, and incredible views.

To enjoy the full experience, a one-time fee of 10,000 COP per guest grants access to the building. This includes entry to all facilities like the building pool and more.

Guests have full access to the apartment. The building also offers direct beach access to El Laguito and a nearby dock with boat routes to Tierra Bomba.

Guidelines for Guests with Pets:

We want both you and your pets to enjoy your stay, so please keep the following rules in mind:

To keep the pool in perfect condition for everyone, dogs are not allowed in the pool.

To protect the furniture and ensure all guests’ comfort, dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds.

Please help us keep the space clean by picking up after your pet.

In the event of any damage, the cost of repair must be covered.

Harmony is key: your pet must be friendly with the staff assisting you during your stay.

To keep the house spotless, pets must not relieve themselves inside the accommodation.

The cleaning fee charged by VRBO covers the preparation of the property before your arrival and cleaning after your departure.
