Once your reservation is confirmed, we would like to make your arrival a hassle-free experience. To do this, we need some additional details to authorize your entry into the building. Simply give us your full name, document number, residence address, phone number, email and city.

Our apartment sleeps up to 11 people, so be sure to include all guests on the list. Please send us this information at least two days in advance so we can prepare everything for your arrival. When they arrive, everything will be ready in the building. They'll only need to provide their physical ID.
