Villa Mira is located near the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto, the territory of the municipality of Carovigno, a popular medieval village for high-quality catering and gastronomy. The Adriatic coast of the High Salento, recognized for its Blue Flag awards for, its rich beaches and natural coves with crystal clear waters.

A luxury villa with an authentic Mediterranean taste, it has been designed by the collaboration of international and local architects/interior designers. The building, with simple and angular lines, has two structures with a flat roof, linked by a patìo / veranda developing an "L" configuration.

Internal - Villa Mira, a luxury villa

The front door, located at the side of the central body of the villa, opens into the living room with open kitchen. A bamboo partition separates the living area with sofas and comfortable seating with an imaginary line. The entire façade, the white walls, and the niches make the room very bright.

A continuous floor, without joints and with a smooth cement base, creates an authentic and elegant effect throughout the villa. The open plan kitchen has an iron structure with sliding glass doors that hide wooden shelves. Also, the marble worktop is created with iron structures and wooden compartments, inside which, besides storing various kitchen equipment, also hides the dishwasher and washing machine.

At guests' disposal, there are the espresso machine, toast, kettle, and large fridge. In the center, you can enjoy the central island, which is an ideal cooking area, with a gas stove, oven (electric?) And seats in which to enjoy breakfasts and lunches.

The full-length patio door of the kitchen overlooks the external patio that houses the large table which seats 10 diners.

Access to the sleeping area is from the corridor next to the living room, here are the three double bedrooms, with double beds and private bathrooms. One of the rooms presents here has access and is communicating to the other, perfect for hosting families with children or groups of friends.

The interiors of the two luxurious private suites complete with exposed bathrooms complete with bathtub, located in the external structure and individually accessible from the courtyard.
