This property is located at the Beautiful Ocean front 3rd floor Pent House with unobstructed south view of the island, 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, best view on island. You can see all the way to Kure Beach! Sunbathe from open porch overlooking ocean or relax on back porch facing harbor. See sunrise from your private balcony. Wonderfully maintained apartment that is beautifully decorated with new kitchen cabinets, new sink, new quartz counters, new kitchen fan and new appliances. The bathrooms were just renovated with new tiled shower, new toilet , new sink and faucet in the master bathroom off the master bed room. The master bedroom has a new king bed. The second bedroom has an new queen bed with new full size upper bed. The second bath room was newly painted , with new lighting, new vanity and mirror. Recently renovated with luxury viny; & ceramic floors throughout the condo. Brand new HAV system & water heater. There is WiFi with three new Roku TV's. Everything to make your stay enjoyable. Sleeps 6 comfortably. New King size bed in master bedroom new queen bed with new topper & full bed in second bedroom. Queen sleeper in living room. All you need to have a relaxing & fun vacation. Choose from lying or walking on the beach to playing in the 2 pools available for your use. Located in well maintained Sun Skipper complex on desirable north end of beach near fishing pier, quiet even at height of season.

It was a great place to stay for a quick visit to Carolina Beach. Bill was very easy to get in touch with and he made sure to reach out before our stay with notification of weather changes to beach access. Overall we wouldn’t change a thing!

Great condo! location was good and close to everything. But was hoping for beach access too rather than just on the beach. Parking spaces were really tight even for our minivan.

Overall good stay. The carpet out on the deck stays wet which made wet feet constantly through the condo. But condo itself was clean. The beach infront of condo gets very small during high tide (maybe 3 feet of sand between rocks and water) with the tide coming very close to the rocks but it was quiet and easy access if you walk just a few extra steps to the sand access rather than going over the rocks like most people do. Picture is of low tide.

We had a really nice stay and the host was great to work with. They were very responsive when needed. The condo had a beautiful view of the beach with very quick access which was perfect with young kids. The bathrooms could use some updates. We found quite a bit of food under the beds that was missed by the cleaning service, but other than that it was a lovely stay.

I love how the house was set up! There was some things under the beds that I feel should be put up! I filled up all the soap bottles! I tried to keep the floors swept and cleaned up!

Trip to Carolina Beach

The location of the property was fabulous, as it was right on the beach and it had spectacular views! It’s also close to the boardwalk area and a lot of great restaurants. Highly recommend this property for a beach getaway

Return Visit to this great property

This was our second visit to this property, the first time by chance, the second time by choice. It's hard to get any closer to the ocean without being on the beach. We love the openness of the living/dining/kitchen area, and the bed in the primary bedroom was great. We would stay here again and again.

We had a great time at your place it is right on the beach and walking distance of a lot of things just really enjoyed our stay we had plenty of room the kids loved it just the stairs tend to be too much for 60-year-olds and above but we made it work and we loved it

Amazing Condo Right on the Beach

My family had a wonderful stay at the Sun Skipper! The condo is spacious, has some beautiful updated finishes throughout, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was so nice to be able to walk right onto the beach for the two weeks we were there. We had a hard time getting into the unit at first and we called Bill directly and he helped us get in and proceeded to tell all the fun things we could do with our kids at Carolina Beach. I highly suggest staying here with your family the next time you are heading to coastal Carolina!

First time at Carolina Beach

This was our first time at Carolina Beach and we had a great time. The beds were nice and comfortable and the kitchen had really nice appliances. It's really close to the pier and not too far away from the boardwalk. We did have AC issues but the owner stayed on top of it and made sure we were comfortable. He called to check on us regularly and gave several options to mitigate the situation. I would definitely stay again.

Fabulous

We loved the condo. Very spacious and comfortable. The view from the back porch was phenomenal. The weather was awesome and we got plenty of beach time. We will definitely be back next year. The stairs to the 3rd floor are a beast, however worth the climb. Thanks Bill for all your assistance.

Awesome vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! Pros...beautiful view from the front balcony, comfortable beds, couches, very short walk to the beach, enclosed stairwell, awesome owners. Cons...3 flights up was hard, no outside water hose to get the sand off, bringing your own linens up those stairs. They provided 4 beach chairs but one was broken. Sleeping on top the couch was better than the pullout. Overall, all the cons were minor because it was a wonderful vacation. I appreciate all that has been done to make this a home away from home. Parking at Carolina Beach is robbery but that didn't have anything to do with these spectacular owners! Yes, we would come back!!

I stayed here for a getaway with my three daughters, 15, 13 and 3. Pros: Very clean Great location, literally steps to the beach Quiet enough for a little one Easy check in Good communication from host Cons: The stairs!! Four flights of barely ventilated, hot stairs to get to the condo. Rough going with a little one.

Wonderful vacation spot

What a great rental experience! The location was perfect and the beach was terrific. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful when we arrived. Thank you Bill! The rental was clean and had everything we needed, except linens which we already had from renting previously and needing them then so no big deal for us. We would definitely stay here again!
