Welcome to Reefs IV C3, a cozy third-floor condo located oceanfront in Carolina Beach. This inviting retreat offers the comforts of home with central heat and air, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Guests can take advantage of the seasonal community pool, typically open around Memorial Day, or step out to the beach just a few steps away. With two dedicated parking spaces, a variety of board games, and stunning views, this condo is perfect for a family vacation or a friends’ getaway.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make mealtime a breeze, whether you’re preparing a simple snack or a full dinner. Equipped with a flat cooktop stove, range oven, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, and more, the kitchen has everything needed for easy, home-cooked meals. The dining table offers a casual seating arrangement with two benches and two chairs, making it ideal for gathering together. The living room, designed with comfort in mind, features a queen sleeper sofa, seating for seven, a flat-screen TV, cable, and a DVD player for cozy evenings in.

Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to a private deck with seating for four. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located under the condo.
