Ocean Front Property- New Upgraded Furnishings- Private Beach Access sleeps 6

Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Includes 2 queen beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the lower floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. Exceeding this number will be at a rate of $400 per person UP TO 4 people (GREEN HOUSE) and 6 people based on the home rented. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

The house was amazing, comfortable and clean like always! The communication was pleasant and quick with responses to any questions or concerns. I rated 4/5 due to the beachfront being taped off for construction on the beach. At no fault of the property owners, it was the only downside of the stay.

yes ,the kitchen was nicely equipped . We could hear the waves from our room with private direct access to the beach. Early morning coffee on the porch watching the sunrise and listening to the waves ,reading a book, doing a wordsearch or just meditating was absolutely heavenly.

This condo was wonderful! Very spacious, clean, everything we needed in the kitchen. Great location. Ocean front and close by to restaurants and shopping. Owners are very friendly and helpful! We will definitely try to book here again.

I dont have a single bad thing to say about our stay. Out hosts were awesome. They are very easy to contact if needed and very helpful when contacted. The cleanliness of the place was great. They have a cabinet full of board games and cards. The seating on the back porch is plenty for the whole family to enjoy. The couches and the beds were super comfy! The towels were soft and fluffly. The access to the beach was super easy and thats saying a lot because we hauled 2 fishing carts down to the beach everyday for 14 days. The maintnece of the yard is awesome. When you go on vacation for 14 days you definately worry about it feeling like "home" because its such a long period of time but Jamie and Brian hit the nail on the head. We go to Carolina Beach every year and now I know the hosts I am looking for every year. Thanks Jamie and Brian!

This house was perfect for our family beach trip. The location is perfect, right on the beach. It's clean and well maintained. Jamie and Brian provide everything you could need: linens, kitchen appliances, bath towels, beach toys, etc. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in and checkout were so simple.We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time. Good seating, nice bedrooms, big dining room table and stocked kitchen. If you’ve ever been somewhere without these things…you know how nice it is to have them. Jamie and Brian were very nice.

Very very nice property! Extremely clean. Owner is a great communicator. Nice materials used in the house and it is kept up well. Great layout. It’s true what others say that you can hear every step going on above you, but we used a sound machine at night and had no resting. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location right on the beach and away from the crowded areas. We stayed in the lower unit and had no issues with upstairs neighbors. Enjoyed the lower porch and yard. House was very clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our staycation was everything we wanted and more!! The owners/ Property managers are so on their game with their property. From the layout to the stocked kitchen. It was a glorious week and will def stay with them again!

Sufficient

First of all we were asked at minimum 6 times how many people were staying. It starts to get a little much after the first 3. In my opinion you are going to start losing honest people who take care of a rental as ifs their own with the fear of having too many people staying. We have vacationed many times over the years and NEVER have we only had one towel per person. That’s just crazy. The “grill” is laughable. That should not even be considered useable. In one of your pics (attached) of the property it definitely shows an actual grill. Your rental has the basics but lacks hospitality. The “Beach chair rental” we were told they were coming from a rental service and they would be 40 (2) and then when we arrived and asked about the chairs the price changed to 60 AND the chairs looked like someone just grabbed a couple of spare chairs from their backyard and brought them over. We could have bought chairs cheaper and they would have been new! One of the chairs had a can of tobacco in the pocket and the strap to clip to hold the chair together ripped off when I tried to use it. Cleanliness was ok. There was trash and dirt under the master bathroom vanity and bed. The AIR RETURN(pic attached) in the dining area was filthy. AH

Awesome location and stay.

The location of this beach house is perfect. Steps to the beach without having to deal with parking, close to boardwalk and restaurants and close to life guard station for extra eyes on family. Our beachfront was never crowded. The house was very clean and all as advertised- you only need to bring your own beach towels. The owners communicated very quickly. A very nice time for family. We will absolutely return.

Perfect beach house!

We just love this house! Especially the oceanside porch! The house is cozy yet plenty of room for 5 of us! Great kitchen, bedrooms and you can't beat the short walk right to the beach! We have already booked for next year!

Overall everything was great, only issue was there are nails sticking up on the walkway to the beach and 2 people cut their feet on them. Other than that it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again!

Great area

The property is very nice and well maintained. We were a little disappointed with the upstairs unit rented out. We understand that staying below others can come with noise but we were very upset that there was banging until 4:30am coming from above us. Additionally, the check in process could be more efficient. The hosts did call and explain the process but we were told they could not text us the information to refer back to, which was a little frustrating. We arrived after the check in time and the cleaners were still there and we ended up folding all of the towels ourselves. Overall it is a great location and love Carolina Beach, but could have been better.
