The Space:

Incredibly designed and decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo is ready to host your next coastal getaway. Just renovated with pics coming very soon. The updates will be complete by end of February 2026.



Enjoy the fully stocked, luxury kitchen equipped with all you need l for family or group meals. Incredible oceans views from the deck just outside the living room. The best part is watching the nightly fireworks (during high season) from your private balcony!



The best part is the LOCATION! Walkable to all the local attractions at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.



The Layout:



The condo is located in the 2nd floor, a quick walk from your parking spaces.



Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom



Brand new king bed with high-end, hybrid mattress. Sun darkening shades, sitting area, & smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps. Beautifully designed en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and towels provided.



2nd bedroom:



Queen over queen bunk bed with brand new, medium firm hybrid mattresses. The bunkroom has a large tv, extra pillows and blankets, and room darkening curtains. Bathroom is just outside the door.



Living room:



Just renovated!! Brand new couch (pics coming), new shiplap fireplace, and 65” smart tv with plenty of streaming apps. INCREDIBLE ocean views from sliding glass doors leading to the large Oceanside balcony. It’s the best place to watch the sunrise while enjoy a specialty cup of coffee (provided free).



Dining area and kitchen:



Newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with anything you need to make meals for your group. Brand new appliances & quartz countertops. There are 6 counter height bar chairs for dining together and to maximize space in the living room. Current picture shows dining room table but it has been removed during renovations. Pics coming soon.



All paper products and home supplies provided (long stays will need extra toilet paper and paper towels). Washer and dryer in the condo for guest use. Toiletries, linens and towels provided



We are pet friendly, so your fur babies are welcome. Pet must be on reservation with pet fee paid prior to checkin. If you decide to bring your pup after reservation is made, simply message us and we can send the pet fee request.



We know how important customer services are so we have three eyes on the listing messages so we will respond quickly to answer any questions or concerns.

Guest Access:

Keypad code will be provided 24-48 hours prior to checkin along with a digital welcome binder with details for your stay. Feel free to message with additional questions if needed.



Other Things to Note:

There is one dedicated parking space with an additional parking pass for parking spots behind the condo (Oceanside). Please note these spaces are first come, first serve.
