Located directly across the street from the beach, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Feel the ocean breeze and listen to the waves from the inviting front porch, complete with rocking chairs for ultimate relaxation.

Inside, the spacious living room provides plenty of seating for your group to unwind, complete with a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, flat cooktop stove, oven, and a drip coffeemaker. With a dining table for six and barstool seating for three, there's plenty of room for meals together.

This cottage comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite features a queen bed, a private vanity, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and its own couch and chair for added comfort. The attached private bathroom boasts a glass door walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer a twin and full bed in each, along with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves these bedrooms.

For added convenience, The Beach House includes a top-loading washer and front-loading dryer in the hallway closet. With parking for two vehicles and its unbeatable location near the ocean, this home is the perfect getaway for families or friends looking for a relaxing beach escape.
