"on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling."

"A nice caravan in a vary large caravan park on the eastern edge of Newquay. The photo on VRBO has used a little artistic licence - it is surrounded by other caravans. However everything else is as listed. Slightly confusing information on arrival - telling us there is complimentary food etc to use but then saying we will be charged for what we use. It's either complimentary or it's chargeable. A clean caravan, facilities as listed. I would stay again if in the area."

"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at High Cove! The location is fantastic—it is wonderfully quiet, family-friendly, and offers easy access to the North Cornwall countryside while serving as a great base to explore the rest of Cornwall. The only minor downside for us was finding the exact holiday home within the park, as the instructions weren't quite clear. Since it was our first time there, it would have been really helpful to have clearer identification or a small map pointing to the exact...

"This was the perfect place for my son and me to stay for a week, with beautiful scenery, stunning views, and complete peace and quiet that made it feel like our own private field. There was plenty of space for others to join with tents if needed, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, along with their lovely dog. We enjoyed the games provided and relaxing evenings around the fire pit. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to the closest beach, while still being within easy driving...
