"Lots of space in the house. Deck and family room are excellent for toddlers, very safe and spacious. Excellent rooms and beds. Very clean. We had a great stay and highly recommend. We stayed in summer and enjoyed fishing/swimming in the lake and river rafting. But I am sure the location is perfect in the winter as well for skiing."

"Brandon the host is really responsive, as is the property management company (Evolve). Location is really amazing -- the neighborhood is great but you are super close to several ski mountains and fun towns like Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Incline Village. Rooms are great, most of them have their own bathroom and there's a nice wraparound deck, and the basement room is a good kids area plus there is access to the hot tub there. Also, the gas fireplaces churns out the heat on a cold day for sure...

"ZERO stars for accuracy of listing and TWENTY stars for the setting and view. This property was billed as luxurious.... in fact it is in the name of the listing. The grounds were amazing, the view spectacular.... the problem is that the house was very run down, and actually dangerous. Many, many issues. At the very least, luxury needs to be stricken from the description."

"This is a beautiful property and breathtaking setting. Nestled up against the mountain, nature is up close. You can even see the High Camp tram from the property. The building encloses on three sides a beautiful park/courtyard with paved walkways, mature trees, and various seating, outdoor games and recreational features, including a swimming pool and three hot tubs.

"Nice, clean property. The location was good. Close to many things on the north side of the lake. The lake access shown in the pictures is across the highway. The pool is just a short walk from the condo. There were sufficient kitchen items to cook and eat at the condo. There is a small normal coffee pot. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. It was quite warm when we visited. There is no AC but a fan is provided so it was not too bad. Check in was easy."
