• PARKING: Limited to 2 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.



• DISCLOSURES: *Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, and raccoons on the property, and at times mice or even bats found in homes in the area.



Perfect central North Lake location with a large back deck featuring patio furniture, an electric grill, and forest views. BRAND NEW CARPET. Home has an open layout from the kitchen to the dining area to the living room, a newer flat-screen TV, WIFI, a wood stove, and a cozy window seat. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of counter space, with additional storage in the adjacent walk-in pantry. The master bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom, and the home also has a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all areas of the house except one locked linen closet and two locked bins in the Primary bedroom's closet.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, residential neighborhood with a mix of full time locals and Tahoe visitors. Forested areas are plentiful and nearby so you will see lots of neighbors walking in the neighborhood. Sound travels far so quiet hours are strictly enforced.



Getting Around:

Tahoe Regional Transportation Agency (TART) is the FREE public bus system in the area.

Private taxi services are also widely available.

Many resorts offer private shuttle services as well.

4WD or AWD Vehicles are always recommended for travel in Tahoe during the winter months.



Other Things to Note:

A few of the vanity bulbs have blown but cannot be replaced but there is another source of light in bathroom.
