"This is the second time I have stayed at the Oaklander. The first time there were stains all over my sheets. They were changed. This time the pillows were wrinkled and did not smell fresh. I had to request new pillow cases. It’s a beautiful hotel but when they tell you they are inspecting your room before you go in beware, you better inspect it yourself. Housekeeping was very courteous when they changed the pillow cases. One bright point. Very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel."

"My Hotel stay overall was great. Only issue I encountered the first day was what looked to be a stained/dirty comforter. I brought it to the attention of housekeeping and she immediately took it and replaced with a clean one.
Staff is great here. Good location. "

"From start to finish the stay was perfect. The only thing wrong was the fact that it was only one night. First time stay in Pittsburgh. Had it not been for the NFL Draft there would’ve been thousands of things to do in its place. I loved this hotel so much I could live in it full time. The room was beautiful and updated.
