"The room was clean. The staff was very helpful from the valet, to the concierge to the front desk. When we checked in there was an issue with our room which they promptly rectified. We also requested extra pillows and they brought is more than enough. And every time we stepped into the bottom floor the concierge was very friendly offering cold water and calling the elevator for us. "

"Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale. Merci pour tout Jean-Marc Bénard"

"Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "
