Enjoy your next vacation, staycation or remote work-cation in sunny San Diego County. This modern two bedroom, two-bath vacation rental is located in the desirable coastal community of Carlsbad, CA. Newly remodeled in 2022, it has an open 1,000 sq ft floor plan and is in pristine condition. Our home includes all the necessities for a trouble free and comfortable stay. In addition to a fully supplied home with all the kitchen, bath and bedroom amenities you will need, we also supply coolers and beach gear!

Space -

Condo was recently renovated and equipped with new modern furniture & decor. It is located in the prestigious La Costa neighborhood of Carlsbad and less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, Legoland, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Polamar Outlet Mall, Polamar Airport, Lake San Marcos and Double Peak Park.


Housing -

Our standard occupancy includes up to 4 guests (two queen beds), for a fee, we can accommodate up to 2 additional people (1 queen air bed, 1 twin sofa bed).

Two newly remodeled and clean bathrooms include a bathtub, shower, sink, toilets, and medicine cabinets stocked with toiletries.

Two newly remodeled bedrooms with new queen beds, new mattresses include hypo allergenic waterproof mattress covers, new hypo allergenic pillows with hypo allergenic waterproof covers, new comforter sets, new ceiling fans with remote, new night stands, peak-a-boo ocean views, abundance of natural light and lots of storage space to include all your luggage.

New central heat and air conditioning throughout the home.

Large Balcony includes plenty of patio furniture and peak a –boo ocean views.

We also provide new plush bath towels, new pool towels, new beach towels, beach coolers, ice packs, boogie boards, stroller, high chair, infant wash tub, baby changing pad, child protected electrical outlets, board games, Atari, Nintendo Classic, yoga mat, umbrella, quality linens, Starbucks coffee, Teavana tea, stainless steal appliances, new in unit washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, hamper, and a starter pack of the following essentials: laundry detergent, fabric softener, soap, shampoo, conditioner, disposable razor, disposable toothbrush, tooth paste, dental floss, cotton swabs and makeup remover pads. After Booking Confirmation -

Guest to remit a $250 - $1000 (determined based on occupants/booking) refundable damage deposit/security fee within 48 hours of booking. Deposit is returned within 14 days of checkout provided all stipulations are met within the Rental Agreement. Government issued ID is required for all guests along with a signed rental agreement. Guests and vehicles will be required to register with the HOA.
