Come stay at this fabulous, 5 Bedroom + Loft Beach House, ACROSS THE STREET from crystal blue waters in South Carlsbad. This home has all the luxuries of a wonderful vacation getaway. Fire pit in front yard makes for wonderful evenings with ocean breezes. Beautiful beaches across the street.


Enjoy all the amenities of an executive-style beach house. There is a gorgeous kitchen and separate bed and bath downstairs, library/Loft for relaxing, . Ocean breezes add to the feel of tropical vacationing. Warm water shower on the side of the house great to use after the morning surf or day at the beach.

Fabulous Restaurants and shops are only 1/2 mile away. Carlsbad Outlet Malls, La Costa Resort all within a 1-2 miles from this gorgeous Beach Home. Beautiful house/Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is large and in a great location. Plenty of room and amenities!! Just a note, the beaches across the street are a campground lot with fencing so you have to walk down a bit to the opening. Also there is a grand piano that is covered and the owner does not want touched, so if you have young ones, that may be an issue.

This perfectly maintained home features high-end amenities, including a Thermador Range and Oven and a Deā€™Longhi Coffee/Espresso maker. The attention to detail throughout the property is evident, with every element thoughtfully designed making this an Outstanding rental experience.The outdoor amenities are equally impressive, offering beachfront access, a fire pit, and ample space for relaxation. Our group of 11 was comfortably accommodated, with the expansive layout providing more than sufficient room for all. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property offers convenient parking on the street and in the driveway. The beach is just a short walk away, and Carlsbad Village is easily accessible by a brief drive, making it an ideal location.I had the pleasure of meeting the host, who is genuinely kind, professional, and dedicated to ensuring a great stay. Spacious house with great location.

Great house and location for a family gathering if you like the beach and beautiful Carlsbad. Michelle is a wonderful and responsive owner. We felt it was time and resources well spent. Only suggestion is that a keypad door lock or the use of a "lockbox" for entry keys would be helpful.

5 star review: house perfect, host awesome, vacation fantastic. The House was super nice and very comfortable for my whole family. We had Plenty of room to stretch out. It had everything we needed. The owner/manager was wonderful. She is an Excellent communicator and was very accommodating. I feel like she would have done anything to make our stay as great as possible. The location was ideal. Easy walk to the beach and nice surf break out front. It was all that was advertised and more. Would definitely rent there again.

We stayed here for our family reunion. Itā€™s a lovely home in a quiet neighbor within walking distance to North Ponto Beach. Michelle is a caring owner and excellent communicator. The home is spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable. Would definitely return!

Michelle was responsive and worked with us when we had questions. House is right near nice beach, spacious and clean. We loved the big kitchen and outdoor lounging area - easy to have family cooking together and enjoying the coast.

Beautiful house and location

Perfect house for us to stay at while there for sports. The house is stocked with anything you need for cooking and relaxing. Loved having all the beach chairs/boogie boards as well. Cute backyard seating and front fire pit. Owner did have to tell our group to quiet down which once we were told that we did our best to ensure there was no outside noise after 9:30pm. Such a pleasure to be walking distance to the beach made for great walks, beach time and perfect sunsets.

Beautiful home. The beach toys, chairs and boogie boards were nice to have. They left a little welcome basket which was unexpected and and super nice. Parking is easy. Beach is about a 10 min convenient walk.

Family of 12 had plenty of room in the house and comfortable beds. Kitchen was great!

This property was beautiful. Only two things weā€™d change was knowing about the early morning train that toots Its horn and the beach is across the street but itā€™s a pretty busy Boulevard you have to cross , other than that we were extremely pleased ! Thanks for great memories!

Beautiful home, fantastic location! Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great for a large family!

This was a great house for our family of 11. There was plenty of space and we were not on top of each other during our stay. Three bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for our day, no waiting!! The pool table was a great extra! The location was within 30 minutes from Sea World, 15 minutes from Legoland and 5 minutes from the beach! The bbq was great as well! We would definitely stay here next time! Improvements needed.

The furniture in the Master Bedroom is very nice, but the furniture in all the other bedrooms need a substantial upgrade. All beds need to have nightstands and lamps for reading. The jacuzzi control panel does not work, the bedroom downstairs need the walls repaired and painted and the window in the side room (off the Master bedroom) is not working.

There needs to be some overall maintenance done...for example the clogged shower heads and slow draining sinks in bathrooms. Not a big deal, but needs addressed. Michelle was great to work with when we had problems with the hot tub. Overall great house and would definitely come back!

Great location, great house

Two families, total of 10 of us, shared the house for 4 nights. Very clean house. Nice neighborhood. Parking on driveway for 2 vehicles. Michelle was great to work with. I had concerns about a couple of needed repairs but I let her know and she responded promptly, as with all questions we had. There are sand toys and boogie boards provided as well as towels for both the house and the beach, which is a plus when traveling by plane. Warm water shower to rinse after the beach and hot tub is a plus! Having the grill for meals was nice. The couples traded off staying in the beautiful upstairs master suite with king bed, balcony, TV, Large double sink bathroom, shower, jet tub and separate toilet room. The downstairs bedroom is quite a bit smaller with a queen bed, dresser and closet, and small bathroom with shower outside the door. More shelving, not above toilet, to place toiletry items would be handy. That bedroom and bathroom has not been updated yet as much as other areas, but is still very well cleaned! And the bedroom has a sliding patio door right out to the hot tub. 3 more bedrooms upstairs, another full bath and laundry room, as well as an open sitting area where the kids were able to play. Gas fire pit out front, nice on cool nights. Within walking distance to the beach. We found it easier to drive north, make a u-turn and park when hauling the beach items for the kids. Allowed us to enter the beach where there was less of a down grade too. They have hauled in rock between the cliff and sand, but this wasn't uncomfortable to sit on and actually kept us dry as the kids swam and boogie boarded. Gas stations, grocery stores, WalMart, restaurants and shops all nearby, just quick drives. Great location as we began our vacation in the LA area and ended it in the San Diego area. Hope we can return someday!
