"Accommodations exceeded expectations! Room was sizable (Room 12 was highly spacious and certainly met wheelchair accommodation standards in the bathroom as well), complete with a kitchenette area and cleaning supplies which were super helpful after a day at the beach. Beds were comfortable, decor was Cali-chic/tasteful and most importantly, the space was super clean. Highly recommend! "

"Wow what a great house 3 adults and two children. Lots of room. Myself and my adult daughters took grandson to Legoland CA. We felt very safe great neighborhood. Everything we needed there. Even toys for the little ones. Easy to get to beaches, Legoland. Owner was easy to contact got back quickly with answers to questions. Very clean and what a beautiful house. Would come back again easily. "

"This home is amazing. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Large table off the kitchen for game night and meals. Some of our party does not care for the beach and the backyard, pool and spa was the perfect spot to soak and chat. Close to Vons grocery and a short 10-25 min walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors and of course it’s Carlsbad in the summer, what’s not to love. We will be back "

"Absolutely amazing home with everything needed there for our family of 6! Love the neighborhood as well. The pool and hot tub were perfect for us. The owner was wonderfully communicative and helpful. We did have an ants issue but she jumped on it and got them taken care of with an exterminator. Unfortunately stuff happens but she got it taken care of. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for a wonderful week in San Diego! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Hunter is an extremely responsive host and definitely takes the time to ensure visitors have all of the extra amenities that make the difference. "We used Fallbrook as our central location for a family wedding in Fallbrook on the weekend. Very easy to get to Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad for beach week activities and wedding activities. Our family of 7 was able to easily relax and use this house as the central location. The house was clean and well equipped with all we could need. The owners were very responsive and ready to help if needed (we didn’t need anything though) - very communicative. We were able to locate everything we needed...

"Perfect! I am an ex-Californian and forever O'side Local. Brought my wife out for her first visit and we had everything we needed. BRAD WAS GREAT! Just sorry we stayed so busy that we didn't have more time to kick it at the pad. Communication was smooth, ease of travel up and down the coast, local flavor, great neighborhood, and no surprises.Cannot recommend this spot enough!God bless!"

"Terrível. Quarto com cheiro ruim, tinha uma mosca voando no quarto (foto em anexo) sofá sujo, fedido e em péssimas condições, carpete nojento, banheiro sujo, com cabelos no chão e no vaso! A cortina do banheiro não dava para encostar, secador quebrado, enrosquei meu cabelo e deu trabalho para tirar. Café da manhã terminava às 09h, chegamos 8:49 apenas para pegar um café e sair (pois iríamos comer em outro lugar), a funcionária mal educada, trancou a porta e fingiu que não estávamos falando com ela. Não perca seu dinheiro! Pior hotel (se que é que pode se chamar de hotel) da viagem! TENEBROSO!"
