"Room was very good - bathroom could have been better cleaned - someone's hair on floor. Large clean room nicely furnished with a great view and very quiet. Location and setting very nice but the property outside looked like a dump - old mattresses and appliances everywhere and overflowing dumpsters. Diner was closed so no option for a meal. On the whole nice stay and reasonable rate."

"Clean property - well located in Williams Lake and clean rooms - TVs require two remotes to operate and are confusing until mastered At desk when I inquired about my points status was told that as I had booked through a third party the points may not be available - first time I have encountered this with a Best Western hotel"
