Hot tub, hammock, fire pit, outdoor shower, bbq, backyard lounging area are all at your disposal to live the California dream. White sandy beaches and great surfing are minutes away. The Coast walking path makes it easy to walk to beach, shopping, restaurants and specialty grocery stores. Perfect for a family get away.

Large front windows allow you to enjoy a panoramic view morning, noon and night. Cozy and rustic living area is perfect to settle in and watch the world! Located in the quaint town of Cardiff-by-the-sea, this home is perfectly situated to enjoy 2 magnificent beaches (Cardiff and Moonlight), great restaurants, shopping and activities are within minutes! Relax in the hot tub and take in the sunset, lounge in the hammock out front or chill on the backyard sofa, this home offers many spots to kick back! Chill and grill in the backyard with the gas bbq, firepit and outdoor dining area. Surf shower and beach towels are available for your use. Large and open kitchen living area make for a relaxed atmosphere. If you are inclined to cook, the kitchen is well stocked.
Wood burning fireplace if there is a chill in the air. We are currently undergoing a permit process with the City of Encinitas for our additional bedroom. Please inquire about availability. We added air conditioning in each room to keep our guests more comfortable!
Parking for 2 cars on the driveway

You will have access to the entire house. Garage is not available.

Close to Seaside Market, shops and restaurants. Encinitas is just up the road.

The Coast Walking path makes walking to Seaside Market, VG Donuts, the beach much easier! It's all flat, 1/2 mile away; takes about 9 minutes.

If you are unsure about traveling, please consider purchasing third party trip insurance "cancel for any reason". We will adhere to our cancellation policies in place.
We do not refund for beach closure, weather, illness, government shut downs.
You're staying in a previously occupied home and agree to hold harmless owner and property management for any illness that could arise from visit.

We do face Coast Highway and the train runs along this path it is quick (under 30 seconds) and almost undetectable when the windows are closed).
Gardener comes on Tuesday.
Trash pick up is Friday.
Pack N Play and high chair available, please request if needed.

Please, NO PETS on the property this rule is strictly enforced, including friends visiting with pets. We have many guests who need a pet free property. Thank you for understanding.

If you are traveling with a service animal or ESA, please be prepared to answer the following questions: Is the animal required because of a disability? What tasks has the animal been trained to perform?
Service animals or Emotional Support Animals MAY NOT be left alone in the house or on the property. ESA fee is $500 per reservation, per animal.

Hot Tub, Fire Pit and BBQ are used at your own risk. Children are to be supervised.
