LISTING DESCRIPTION
Bring the dog and leave the car. Our fully renovated 'Manchester Front' bungalow has a private fenced yard, a shared outdoor hot shower for rinsing off sandy paws, and a shed stocked with surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagons. Walk 2 minutes to town for cafés, restaurants, and Seaside Market, then a few more to the beach. Inside: a king bed plus two twins, a fully stocked kitchen, AC, gigabit fiber wifi, and 4K TVs with YouTube TV.

THE BUNGALOW
Fully renovated, with designer furnishings throughout and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a real meal. Split-system AC and heat keep it comfortable on hot summer days, and all bath, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided.

STREAMING & WORK
AT&T fiber internet with 1 Gbps upload and download, plus a dedicated workspace. 4K TVs in the living room and primary bedroom come with full YouTube TV (Sports Plus, Entertainment, and 4K packages) and Apple TVs with 1,000+ movies. You'll also find Bluetooth bedside clocks with USB charging, a central charging station, and a portable Bluetooth speaker for the yard or the beach.

OUTDOORS
The fully enclosed private yard has a sunning patio, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill just off the kitchen. Out back is a covered laundry room with a stacked LG washer/dryer and a dedicated dog relief area behind it. A shared outdoor hot shower for people and pups sits between the front and back bungalows.

THE SPORTS SHED
Surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, sand toys, sand wagons, and Yeti-style coolers, all yours to use during your stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The bungalow sits on a quiet street, a 2-minute walk from the heart of Cardiff: restaurants, cafés, wine bars, boutiques, yoga studios, salons, the library and post office, and local favorite Seaside Market. Great surfing and beaches are just beyond. Hop the Coaster to downtown San Diego for the day, or drive a short way to hike the bluffs at Torrey Pines, snorkel La Jolla Cove, catch the races at Del Mar, or see a Padres game.

FEES & DETAILS
* Sleeps up to 5 on approval. The 5th guest uses the sofa, with bedding provided at check-in for $24/night.
* Dogs are welcome with a $118 pet fee for the additional cleaning that’s required for any kind of dog.
* The Encinitas 10% occupancy tax applies to stays of 30 nights or fewer and is waived for stays of 31 nights or longer.
* Staying 15+ nights? A mid-stay cleaning and linen refresh is strongly suggested every 14 nights and can be billed after booking.

DOG POLICY
We love dogs! A few simple rules keep the bungalow fresh for the next guests:
* Crate your dog when you leave them alone. We have crates if you need one.
* Keep dogs off the furniture. If yours can't resist, we provide pet sofa blankets.
* Pick up waste in the yard daily and rinse the spot afterward.

HOUSE RULES & PERMIT

* Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. This is a residential neighborhood.
* Maximum of 5 overnight guests.
* One parking space in the private driveway, accessed from the alley.
* Trash pickup is early Friday morning, so please put trash and recycling in the bins by Thursday night.

CLEANING

Every stay gets a full turnover. We air out the bungalow, disinfect high-touch surfaces, and launder every linen between guests, from mattress pads and duvet covers to shower curtains and bath mats. Our local cleaning and laundry crews are paid fairly, and they take real pride in their work.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation policy shown at checkout applies to your reservation. If something outside your control forces you to cancel after the refund window closes, let us know. We'll refund the cleaning fee and any occupancy tax, and we'll try to re-rent your dates and refund you for any nights we rebook.
