"Perfect rustic cottage on the lake with everything you’d need for playing on the water from kayaks and paddle boards to inner tubes and floats. The kitchen was well equipped making cooking easy. A quiet, peaceful location added to the experience. We enjoyed our stay, and couldn’t have been luckier to have had sunny, warm weather the entire time!"

"Very happy with the house, only two negatives: The beds, very comfortable, but frames are very noisy whenever any kind of movement. The other one is a safety issue! Bathtub is VERY slippery, and floor in bathroom needs a non-slip surface when you get out. We are seniors, and the bathtub was troublesome! A non-slip mat or decals would make a stay here even more comfortable. Overall, I would definatly rate this house a 10!"

"First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. When you walk into the house it only gets worse. The yard is more dandelions than grass and has significant areas where it was just dirt and gravel bits. There was no pleasing landscaping or anything cheery or happy about this house or the property. The dock has rotten boards. Some missing. Others lifted, warped, and the paint...

"We arrived at the property and immediately noticed that the floors were sticky. Carpets were stained all throughout the house and everything was very dirty. We thought we would be able to just clean it up ourselves but even after scrubbing the floors they were sticky. The mattresses were all dirty and 1 was completely unusable. Cleanliness (or non-cleanliness) aside, our biggest problem with this house was that it was completely unsafe. All of the smoke detectors were located in the wrong spots...

"After having a horrible stay at a rental rented for the week of my daughter’s wedding, I happily found this home that could accommodate our needs. Clean, comfortable and close by to the venue. Host was prompt with communication and friendly. Only suggestion would be more bath towels and the bath didn’t hold water very well. Would absolutely stay again!!"

"Quite spot in an enclosed side yard. Can't hear the highway at all once inside. Is next to the neighbor's RV, but didn't hear anything. Unsure if occupied. Easy to get to the White River Amphitheater and then back home. Nice couple. Felt safe."
