"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."

"Gardenside is an absolutely amazing find. What a holiday home. The house interiors are so homely and it’s so clean on arrival.The views are just the ‘wow’ factor from the lounge and main bedroom.And the beds are very comfy. The only thing the house lacks is a welcome pack and information leaflets for what’s around to do. Taxi numbers etc Perfect spot for families. A walk to Carbis Bay beach is so lovely. "Just had a wonderful couple of weeks in Carbis bay. We all just loved the house. Spacious, well equipped, comfy beds, enjoyed the hot tub and… wow what a lovely view (from every room!). Lisa and Neil were great hosts -communication excellent and any issues were dealt with speedily. Very handy for the nice sandy, sheltered beach at Carbis bay (good for SUP ) yes it’s a bit of a steep walk (5-10mins) but doable….Also handy for train into St Ives (takes 5mins) and some good local restaurant...
