"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."

"Großes sauberes Zimmer in einer herrlichen Gartenumgebung. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht.
Schön wäre es, wenn in der Nacht die Gartenbeleuchtung ausgeschaletet würde."

"Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept.
Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible.
Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared.
We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. There was a horrid smell of bleach which didn't...
