"A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. "

"Delightful cottage with stunning views of Carbis Bay and the property’s own beautiful gardens. Step onto the coastal path from the garden access and walk to the beach in ten. Excellent amenities with super eat in kitchen, laundry, spacious living room and pretty bedrooms. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony, listening to the breaking ocean waves. Wifi and quick walking access to Tesco. Take the footpath to St Ives and beyond along the stunning coastal path.No car needed to enjoy this property...

"Michelle and Kevin were great hosts, really friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. The pod was exceptionally clean and well equipped with tea, coffee biscuits etc. It was in a peaceful location and within walking distance to Carbis Bay and St Ives, with its pretty cobbled streets, bars, restaurants and boat trips. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to return for another short break. "

"Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. "Absolutely amazingly perfect from start to finish. It was simple to get into, even finding it wasnt to hard and the location is beyond beautiful.. its littery opposite the beach , so much so- that you can hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep through the window. The layout of the shack is perfext too, a kitchen with everything you could ever need. The recycling facilities are on top form too. "
