"Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here."

"This was part of our family's 2nd trip to North Captiva and the island provided the perfect vacation destination. The house had all the space we needed for our group of 14. The kids loved having the pool and the trek to the beach was short and easy. We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins on the beach everyday. Our only issue was that the water pump wasn't working when we arrived and it look a couple of days to get it resolved. Once that was on working order we were able to fully relax and...

"Or stay at this Captiva home felt like it was ours. It had everything we needed and we really feel comfortable. I’ve been visiting Captiva for over 30 years and this was the first time I’ve rented a house. From the advantage of having our own private driveway Jacuzzi pool and private dock for our boat and fishing this really does feel like a cozy comfortable home away from home"
