"Perfect for a few days, may not work as well for longer periods of time. Kitchenette is a good description, almost no counter space; host might be able to gain some space by stacking toaster oven atop the microwave. Patio is well-landscaped and comfortable, but has several single steps that are not obvious and lead to falling hazards as these are not marked. Similarly, the entrance gate latch does not work well and the path across the grass is not well-lighted."

"It was a nice location and we had everything we needed. The one thing that bothered me about the stay was that the place wasn’t clean…. Hair in the bathroom, half an inch of dust and debris underneath every surface (beds, coffee table, dressers, etc) , shady stains on the furniture, etc. interactions with the host were pleasant, besides the general cleanliness of the place, it was a nice stay. "

"This rental was listed as having a heated pool as one of the amenities which is one of the reasons I rented it. It did not have a pool. When I reached out to the landlord to ask where it was he never responded back. Also, the drain in the shower did not drain properly. There was standing water after several minutes into the shower that took about 15 minutes to drain after taking a shower. This was also communicated to the landlord with no response back. Poor communication and false advertisement...
