"It was lovely, clean, beautiful view of the water, very safe, free parking, a wonderful place to wine down and relax, great coffee and comfortable beds, and lots of fresh air, I would recommend coming here and unwinding from city life. They even have everything you need to go to the beach or surfing, we where greet and welcomed by the owner with smile and open arms, that made us feel right at home, thank you, I will be coming and recommend this place to all our friends and family. "

"I had such a lovely time staying at this property.The place looked exactly like the photos, thoughtfully arranged. All the listed amenities were exactly as described - made my stay so much convenient. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and well-maintained. A big thank you to the owner for the warm hospitality and making my stay in Kona Big Island so enjoyable!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Palms room. It was really peaceful and it had the accommodations we needed for a quick two night stay. The description of the property is very accurate. You may need ear plugs if you're not used to the sound of koki frogs at night. The noises were not an issue for us. They do have complimentary ear plugs. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling without kids!"
