"First time (in our experience) the actual property exceeded the photos (and the photos made the place look great in the first place). The property is beautiful and the house is beautiful. The riverside setting is everything for which we were hoping and the house simply tasteful and Adirondack elegant. Whole place is comfortable inside and out. The owners are both extremely available and also unobtrusive. Perfect experience. Would book this place simply to stay here and do nothing else. This time...

"My daughter and I travelled to Albany for a concert in nearby Saratoga Springs. This spot was a great home base for our trip. It's in a wonderful little area across from a large park and easily accessible to the downtown. "

"Very clean, nice rental! Check-in was seamless and great location. Stayed for a concert and we would 100% stay again if we are in the area. "

"Ryan was super communative and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The apartment was very cute and clean. It seemed to be close to anything and everything in Saratoga. "

"Great rental. David is so accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. Enjoyed the deck, the 3 year old loved the beach and fishing off the dock, and the boats were fun. "

"Ken was an exceptional superhost. His house was beautiful and spotless. There were no bugs in sight in the month of August. All the rooms looked exactly like the pictures and we were given plenty of bathroom toiletries & towels for our stay. We highly recommend staying here! "

"We stayed there for a family wedding. We had three adult couples and one eighteen year old. We were able to each have our own sleeping area and every couple had their own bathroom. It was perfect. And so close to downtown. Great place"

"A wonderful pet- friendly rental! We drove from NC to stay on the lake and were very happy with this cute little cottage. Comfortable inside with great views outside. Overall a great space for entertaining family and friends or just chilling out for a bit. And our lab enjoyed herself too!"

"I loved the apartment - so nice. We didn't get to walk around the neighborhood but we did get to talk to one of the neighbors - she was great. She explained all about the parking rules in the neighborhood. It never occurred to us to ask. Due to a misunderstanding and a medical procedure that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, we could not climb stairs and needed to quickly get a room elsewhere. "Cafe da manhã com poucas opções e pobre variedade de alimentos. Além disso fizeram uma cobrança inadequada de estacionamento que é pago! Só usei o carro por 2 dias e me cobraram pelos 4 dias da minha estadia. Ao verificar esse erro no check-out comuniquei a funcionária que disse não poderia resolver e me passou o e-mail do gerente. No mesmo dia enviei o e-mail com a descrição do ocorrido, mas sigo sem nenhum retorno até o momento."
