"We stayed one night, fire alarm went off for 30 min at 645am. Then when we got back to the room we had to deal with a kid jumping on the floor for 3 hours. Staff was nice and tried to help but that was ridiculous "

"Front Desk person was very friendly and efficient. Got us checked in early. Room was clean and maintained. Comfortable beds! TV cable did not work well. guide not lined up with the TV channels on the TV. I forget a pillow and you were helpful in retrieving it from my room and having it at the desk for pick up by a friend of mine. Breakfast was good value for overall price paid. As was the guest room.

"It was a pleasure to stay at the Comfort Inn in Saratoga Springs, NY! The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, the entire was hotel clean and tidy, and the big bonus was the breakfast, including hot food items (eggs, sausage, and waffles).
