I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. I personally appreciated this layout, as it added to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and consistently helpful. Marion, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I was initially concerned about there being no phone in the room, but reception is easily reachable via WhatsApp. Every time I messaged, they responded immediately, which was impressive and reassuring.
The hotel was very quiet at night, which made for a restful stay. They were also able to accommodate a late checkout for me, which I truly appreciated.
Breakfast is available onsite each morning, and there is a small snack shop that closes around 3:00 PM. While both options were convenient, I did find them to be somewhat overpriced.
One thing to note is that the hot water in the shower takes a little while to warm up, but once it does, it gets very hot. The only area I felt could use upgrading would be the shower tiles.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.
