"This house is cozy and just what our family wanted. The host was outstanding: very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is a quiet street and, most wonderful, the house is actually right on the water, so that at high tide the water is literally under the house and it feels like being on a houseboat. At low tide there's a beach right outside the back door. The location was one of the best things about this place for us; others we've had, on the Atlantic coast, don't, of course, come...

"We rented the condo only for one night as we were in town for a family wedding and wish we had been able to stay longer. Everything was clean and nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was incredibly responsive and very helpful throughout the process. So glad we found this place and would gladly stay again if we are in the area again. Thank you!"

"Overall, this is a comfortable accommodation and location. We would suggest replacing the cushions on the balcony furniture as there there is no loft left in them, so are very hard and uncomfortable . We did not use the beach chairs from the storage closet due to very poor condition. The bathroom could use another towel rack as well. These are not costly changes , and would improve the satisfaction with the unit."

"Clean room, attentive staff, pet friendly, nice little pool and hot tub. Close to the shops and 2 great spots for breakfast a block away. We biked everywhere. Bikes are available for free. We will definitely return."
