5) Children/Pets must be supervised by an adult in the backyard/pool area
6) No Smoking/ Firearms/fire crackers inside or around the property. You maybe fined up to $1500 for any violations plus asked to pay damages
7) We have 2 cameras overlooking the property (front & deck)
8) We may ask for Government ID at check in
