"Lori was an amazing host! Her place is a great getaway for a Cape May vacation. The pictures don’t do it justice. Lori provided so many nice touches including complimentary fruit salad, bottled water, cookies, and a lovely welcome sign. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The two couches in the living room were comfortable as well. We would love to come back and highly recommend staying here."

"This was our 4th trip to Cape May and our first time at the whaler’s cottage. It was a fun place to stay and make memories with our children and grandchildren. It sits on a quiet tree lined street with an awesome playground nearby. What we liked: There were plenty of bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom and outdoor showers were great. The living room is spacious. A laundry room and half bath were conveniently located at the side entrance. The Forte gas range was wonderful for cooking...

"A large group of us stayed here for a girls weekend. Location was great! Walking distance to downtown and beach. Lots of beds for the 11 of us. The backyard was nice and we had dinner outside one night. Overall, we were very happy!"

The neighborhood was quiet and the local bar, C-view served a delicious burger and cold beer. Would definitely stay here again. "
