This spacious **5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 12 guests** and is designed for memory-making, relaxation, and connection. With a private in-ground pool, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and a sun-filled third-floor game room, Cape Mayzing offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together.

From morning coffee in the sunroom to afternoons by the pool and evenings gathered around the dinner table, the home provides a comfortable setting for family vacations, group getaways, and memorable Cape May stays.

The first floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a primary suite with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the backyard. This convenient access makes it easy to step outside for fresh air, enjoy a quiet morning, or head out for a refreshing dip in the pool.

The first-floor layout offers a comfortable combination of privacy and convenience, making it an ideal space for families and guests looking for easy access to the outdoor areas.

* Please utilize the driveway for parking.
* Do not block the fire hydrant. You may receive a ticket, and blocking it could jeopardize the safety of neighboring properties in an emergency.
* Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways, access points, or mailboxes.

* Please be mindful of noise, especially when enjoying the pool.
* Do not speed down the street on golf carts, electric bikes, or any motorized vehicle.

On the first floor directly by the door there are beach tags to Cape May Point Beaches along with beach towels. A $100 replacement fee will be applied for any lost beach tags.
