"Hot tub was not working and the pool was ok but the entire hotel was very clean"

Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

"Property was a little run down. Bathtub didn’t look real clean. Scum line on the hot tub. Most of the Parking is on hillside. Free breakfast was pretty good. However price was cheap and staff was friendly."
