The private swimming pool, which can be electrically heated if desired, invites you to enjoy refreshing moments.


The villa is fully air-conditioned and combines comfort with functionality: The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker—everything you need for a carefree stay. Fresh linens are provided, as are a washer and dryer. A TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment.

A private parking space is available right in front of the house.

Explore the surrounding area with the provided bicycles or the house’s own kayaks. Of course, you can also rent a boat and set sail right from the property’s private dock. You can reach the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River in about half an hour. It’s an unforgettable experience for the whole family, and with a little luck, you might even be accompanied by dolphins on your trip. So take your boat out to enjoy the gorgeous beaches of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, or Captiva.
By the way, you don’t need a boat license in Florida—your boat rental company will give you a detailed briefing on the boat and the surrounding area, and then the fun on the water can begin.

You can also simply relax in the stylishly furnished living area of Villa Melina. The bedrooms, with their comfortable, large king-size beds, promise restful nights and pure relaxation. The two bathrooms offer plenty of privacy. A hair dryer is, of course, provided.

Villa Melina is allergy-friendly, fully tiled, and has no carpeting. Therefore, it goes without saying that pets are not allowed to be brought along or to visit. We ask that you respect this rule without exception. Smoking is also strictly prohibited inside the house.
