Amazing is an understatement

We stayed 2 weeks and I can't wait to go back! The home was pristine clean. It is loaded with every thing you will need. The kitchens were amazing ! The lanai area was so relaxing and perfect seating for when it rained. I am so grateful for our stay and glad we decided on this rental. Definitely will be returning !

Not all Amenities working poor response time

We travel often as a family and rent houses similar to this property on the regular and arrived to find the gas grill not operating and rear TV not working. After notifying the property management we were told someone would come right out to visit to fix iboth items and neither item was addressed they claimed a part needed to be ordered for the grill (after only deopping off a gas tank and not testing it to be in order) and supply issues but looking on amazon seems the part was readily available. We had no use of the back property entertaining and had to cook inside for our entire 7 day stay. Definitely lack of communication and response time as the TV issue was looked at only the day we left for exit walk thru. We are business owners and would never treat our clients this way!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home, the inside and the outside pool area were incredible. The outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, landscape, pool area, boat deck area, and master bath were the best parts of the house. The home is stocked, has everything we needed, the cooler in the garage came in handy at the beach. We Parrott heads spent our days mostly at the Lanai area chillaxing, swimming, and having Boat Drinks. One little suggestion would be to put bar stools at the Tiki Bar. Many Thanks to the home owners and the property management.

Great family friendly location.

The house was a nice size, loved the doors that open to the pool. Pool was warm, hot tub was a hit. We rented a boat and the dock was nice. It is a long 60 minute boat ride to get past the lock. House was clean and well kept. Outdoor kitchen was great also.

Perfect for our family!

Our stay in your property was truly just what we needed. Sparkling clean with all the luxurious amenities to make our stay comfortable, I strongly recommend this property as a destination waiting for you to enjoy. We relaxed by the pool, we cooked in an extraordinary kitchen and simply loved enjoying the house itself as a place of respite. Plenty of room, plenty of seating for everyone and plenty of fun to be had. The heated pool and hot tub were simply the best. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located with grocery stores and necessary services close by within 3-4 miles. It was all we needed and then some. Thank you!!

If you like Ants crawling on you…this is your hoise!

We stayed for 2 weeks with hundreds of ants in the main bathroom, toilet, vanity and shower area as well s hundreds more by front door and dining . Efforts to treat the ants were not successful at all in the two weeks we were there. We arrived to a less than clean home and were told that the owner was “cheap”and cleaned themselves after they stayed there last! The kids toilet had no water in it and water was turned off. We turned water on and realized why. Broken toilet. Water was everywhere in bathroom. They had to have a plumber come to fix it. The house itself is ok but there are definitely some things needing updates. The pool has cracked concrete and missing tile. The bathrooms are a bit outdated. There are tons of stains on the barstools as well as pillows and dining chairs. (We sent pictures to them upon our arrival) The main bedroom mattress is as hard as a rock and we found it to be awful and needing to be replaced. We would not stay in this home again. Besides all the ants and other issues and the fact that they charge you for electric (our bill for two weeks would have been over $125). They waived the electric to “compensate” us for having to have hundreds of ants during our stay along with the other issues described above. We were unable to use the main bathroom or shower. The ants has crawled all into my makeup bag and face lotions etc. We had to move all our belongings to the kids bathroom and share for 13 of the 15 day stay. We asked for some type of credit beyond the electric and were told no by the property manager that the owner felt this was sufficient. We will never stay here again. I have all text messages and photos saved that we sent to property manager as well to support each claim I am making and happy to share it with anyone who would like to see it.

Great vacation with my family

Overall great vacation. The pool, hot tub, rooms and large master shower were highlights. Chefs kitchen was great once we learned how to use it, had to google the manual but later found it tucked away in a cabinet. Dont bring your own cooking pots unless its induction. Thanks for a great week... we only left the home once!

Great Getaway

The property was extremely nice and clean. The bikes and kayaks are an added bonus and it was so nice to be able to have access to them. We didn’t have to leave the house once and had groceries delivered. Kitchen was nicely stocked.

Amazing getaway

This property was amazing! Renting during the Covid outbreak, we were worried about cleanliness, and this property was beyond clean. We immediately felt at ease and were able to enjoy this beautiful home and all of it's amenities. Communication was fantastic, and the property was more than we expected. The pictures were spot on, but the in person home was beautiful! We're working on planning a return visit again!
