Privacy due to angle of corner lot with water on two sides. Ample parking. Safe neighborhood. Park and boat launch walking distance end of street. Clean products.

Very spacious, well appointed, clean product home. We supply a lot of high quality starter necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, hair and body wash (clean), as well as assorted premium organic coffee.
We take pride in a yard and home that aims to minimize use of chemical weed killer and fertilizers. All linens are washed in clear scent free detergent that is provided for your use. We want you to arrive and immediately enjoy the home and not have to worry about running out to the store for essentials.
Open and airy. Beds are very comfortable.
Table has a leaf in the closet and additional chairs for more seating.
Rec room with pool table - bar - tv gaming area (old gaming system).
Heated pool has full sun majority of the day.
Spectacular sunrises from the back yard and amazing sunsets from the dock.
Plenty of parking space with a circular driveway.

*No large commercial vehicles or trailers permitted.
Catch fish right from the backyard or dock.
Lift may be available upon request and for an additional fee.
May have a boat on lift at time of rental if not pre booked. Boat lift is off side of property and may be accessed by boat owner from time to time. Will not be a disruption to renters given the location.

Guest access:
Entire property minus one owners closet and the actual boat lift itself (unless previously arranged). Dock is always available. Use at own risk.
Other things to note:
Two adult bikes and a kayak available for use at own risk. No guarantees regarding condition or safety of use given they are not inspected after every rental. Be sure to personally inspect.

Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
